About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recruit, manage and lead high performing team
- Own and develop advanced customer reporting suite and actionable insights
- Apply advanced analytical techniques, statistical knowledge, machine learning, and big data handling skills to support our commercial stakeholders’ decision-making
- Own the relationships with our Brands stakeholders and cross-functional Analytics teams
- Influence partners and senior leaders through communicating across various levels of the organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's, Master’s, PhD; Mathematics, Science, Statistics, Economics degree; or Equivalent related professional experience is applicable
- 9+ years of experience in a similar analytical role
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Strong visualization (Tableau or equivalent) and experience developing advance reporting suite to senior leadership
- Ability to perform in a high-pressure, dynamic environment and be comfortable with a high level of ambiguity.
