About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coaches and supports customers to be more successful on the company's platform
- Assists in creating opportunities to build customer account
- Develops understanding of customer’s business issues
- Recommends products, services, and insights that meet customer needs
- Completes basic account plans to maintain business
- Develops awareness of policies, practices, trends, and information impacting the organization
- Guides accounts to valuable insights and presents solutions
- Conducts straightforward cost, benefit, and risk analyses
- Identifies key stakeholders in decision making
- Develops understanding of standard offerings and major areas of expertise
- Attends meetings with customers to understand needs and expectations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 0-2 years of experience
- Proficiency in English + Italian (written and spoken)
- Growing knowledge of sales techniques
- Some account management experience preferred
