About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute the Partner Payments product strategy and roadmap
- Deliver predictable, timely, low-friction partner payouts across markets
- Design and optimize Partner Payments onboarding and opt-in experiences
- Partner with Finance, Payments Operations, and platform teams to streamline cash operations, automate netting, and simplify payout flows
- Translate strategy into product opportunities and requirements using competitive insights, customer pain points, and partner payout journey friction
- Drive alignment and execution with engineering and design
- Produce product documentation and user stories
- Prioritize initiatives using data-informed analysis
- Communicate product concepts, trade-offs, and decisions to cross-functional stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering, design, finance, operations, legal, compliance, and regional partner teams to modernize the platform and deliver resilient payment experiences
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- 3+ years of experience in payments, fintech, financial operations, or marketplaces
- Track record of delivering innovative, user-centric products
- Ability to own a complex problem space end-to-end from strategy through execution in a backend or platform domain
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience using data and experimentation to inform priorities and measure impact
- Technical fluency and experience collaborating with engineering on APIs, data flows, and system constraints
- Experience with B2B or partner-facing products
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Experience working on AI/ML products preferred
- Prior experience integrating AI/ML capabilities in the payments domain preferred
- Must meet U.S. employment authorization requirements through the employer's E-Verify process
