About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the P&L: Manages part of the P&L for the Package and Multi-item trips business units
Drive Business Performance: Dives deep into inputs and understands the downstream impact of changes to pricing, marketing, product to Package and Attach performance
Support the Expedia Leadership Team: Delivers comprehensive views on overall business performance, initiatives and other priorities
Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Develops and implements action plans based on deep-dive analysis of input metrics
Deliver Results: Identifies areas that need attention and directs team to address issues
Employ Strategic Thinking and Analysis: Utilize analytical tools (including Tableau) to generate actionable insights

Requirements

What you’ll need

MBA, Master’s degree or equivalent experience desired
8+ years of experience within consulting, banking, B2C technology, P&L management, or category management
Program management, with proven experience with go-to-market, and with focus on execution
Communication skills to succinctly synthesize complex problems
Ability to lead, be flexible, prioritize, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Business and leadership experience in market-leading organizations, ideally within e-commerce
