About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end implementation and integration projects for new and existing B2B partners, from discovery and requirements gathering through launch and post-go-live optimization
Translate partner needs into clear business and technical requirements
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design scalable, reusable solutions
Build strong relationships with external partner stakeholders (technical, commercial, and operational)
Create and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues
Identify and analyze data and performance insights to recommend improvements
Champion partner feedback into product roadmaps and internal discussions

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience in a partner-facing implementation, technical account management, solutions consulting, or technical program/project management role in technology, SaaS, marketplaces, payments, or online travel
hands-on experience leading complex B2B integrations such as APIs, SSO, payment or booking systems, white-label/embedded solutions
confident managing external enterprise stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams
strong project/program management skills – planning, prioritisation, risk and dependency management
clear written and verbal communication
comfortable working with data and tools (e.g., dashboards, basic SQL or Excel)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent related professional experience
experience working with partners or customers across Asia Pacific and in a global, matrixed organisation is a strong plus.
