About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end implementation and integration projects for new and existing B2B partners, from discovery and requirements gathering through launch and post-go-live optimization
- Translate partner needs into clear business and technical requirements
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design scalable, reusable solutions
- Build strong relationships with external partner stakeholders (technical, commercial, and operational)
- Create and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues
- Identify and analyze data and performance insights to recommend improvements
- Champion partner feedback into product roadmaps and internal discussions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience in a partner-facing implementation, technical account management, solutions consulting, or technical program/project management role in technology, SaaS, marketplaces, payments, or online travel
- hands-on experience leading complex B2B integrations such as APIs, SSO, payment or booking systems, white-label/embedded solutions
- confident managing external enterprise stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams
- strong project/program management skills – planning, prioritisation, risk and dependency management
- clear written and verbal communication
- comfortable working with data and tools (e.g., dashboards, basic SQL or Excel)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent related professional experience
- experience working with partners or customers across Asia Pacific and in a global, matrixed organisation is a strong plus.
