Key responsibilities & impact

Build, lead, and coach a team of AI Builder Product Managers
Identify high-impact traveler and partner problems that can be unlocked by AI
Rapidly prototype end-to-end AI experiences
Evaluate new capabilities and translate them into concrete product concepts
Partner closely with engineering, data science, and design to take successful prototypes to production
Define reusable patterns and primitives
Establish clear success metrics and experimentation plans for AI features
Communicate clearly with senior leaders and cross-functional partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of product management experience building consumer or platform products
People leadership experience managing and developing product managers
Strong technical depth and experience partnering with engineering and DS/ML teams
Hands-on ability to prototype using APIs/SDKs
Proven track record of taking 0→1 product ideas from concept through prototype to launched features
Experience with metrics, experimentation, and evaluation
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
