Key responsibilities & impact

Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Autonomous Operations capabilities
Translate complex operational and technical problems into clear product requirements
Partner closely with engineering to design, validate, and deliver automation products and services
Use data-driven insights to prioritize a backlog that increases self-healing, proactive detection, and observability
Collaborate across multiple domains and platforms to ensure capabilities are reusable and extensible
Incorporate AI-driven and ML-enabled capabilities into workflows where appropriate

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in building and delivering technical products
Product management experience driving delivery of platform, infrastructure, or operations-focused products
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional platform programs spanning multiple teams
Strong data- and outcome-driven product management approach, with experience defining success metrics
Demonstrated ability to define product requirements, work with engineering on system and API design trade-offs
