Requirements
- 12+ years in technology, product, digital transformation, or AI/ML platform roles
- Proven track record leading strategy, design, and delivery of complex technology initiatives
- Deep technical fluency across LLM integration, enterprise search architectures, API design, and workflow automation
- Experience with AI-enhanced or integrated internal tools
- Advanced degree in a technical field is preferred
