Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute mixed-methods research to generate actionable insights that inform product and business decisions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, Cognitive Science, or equivalent practical experience in UX research.
  • Professional experience conducting UX research with qualitative and quantitative methods in a product development environment.
  • Experience operating as a core research partner for product or feature areas.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute mixed-methods studies, including survey design and analysis, usability testing, and in-depth interviews.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven systems and applying AI/ML concepts to real-world products.
