About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute mixed-methods research to generate actionable insights that inform product and business decisions.
- Plan and run end-to-end studies including research design, participant recruiting, moderation, analysis, and synthesis.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate research findings into product requirements.
- Select and apply appropriate research methods based on product maturity and decision needs.
- Communicate research insights in concise formats tailored to stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, Cognitive Science, or equivalent practical experience in UX research.
- Professional experience conducting UX research with qualitative and quantitative methods in a product development environment.
- Experience operating as a core research partner for product or feature areas.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute mixed-methods studies, including survey design and analysis, usability testing, and in-depth interviews.
- Familiarity with AI-driven systems and applying AI/ML concepts to real-world products.
