About the role

  • Create and deliver an aligned, dedicated marketing strategy to fuel each Expedia Group brand's success
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and contribute to the integrated marketing strategy
  • Collaborate with partner teams to develop compelling campaign platforms and clear go-to-market plans
  • Support cross-functional execution of brand campaigns
  • Lead the day-to-day management of creative and media assets
  • Be a brand steward, ensuring creative work meets brand standards
  • Build strong relationships with key partners across all key stakeholder groups
  • Ensure delivery on campaign goals and track performance
  • Own the measurement plan in partnership with Analytics & Insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience (9+ years) with a track record of delivering results in marketing, creative leadership, and strategic planning
  • History of data-driven brand strategies from vision to development across the full funnel of marketing channels
  • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects, initiatives and competing priorities
  • Ability to interpret analytics and derive actionable insights
  • Experience in understanding and delivering on KPIs
  • Proven results in delivering business value through brand strategies
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Passion for innovation, creativity, and staying ahead of industry and cultural trends to create breakthrough campaigns.
