About the role
- Create and deliver an aligned, dedicated marketing strategy to fuel each Expedia Group brand's success
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and contribute to the integrated marketing strategy
- Collaborate with partner teams to develop compelling campaign platforms and clear go-to-market plans
- Support cross-functional execution of brand campaigns
- Lead the day-to-day management of creative and media assets
- Be a brand steward, ensuring creative work meets brand standards
- Build strong relationships with key partners across all key stakeholder groups
- Ensure delivery on campaign goals and track performance
- Own the measurement plan in partnership with Analytics & Insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience (9+ years) with a track record of delivering results in marketing, creative leadership, and strategic planning
- History of data-driven brand strategies from vision to development across the full funnel of marketing channels
- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects, initiatives and competing priorities
- Ability to interpret analytics and derive actionable insights
- Experience in understanding and delivering on KPIs
- Proven results in delivering business value through brand strategies
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for innovation, creativity, and staying ahead of industry and cultural trends to create breakthrough campaigns.
