First telephone contact: You conduct initial conversations with applicants and clarify key information for the further process
Candidate pre-screening: You review and evaluate application documents and identify the most suitable candidates
Appointment management: You organize and coordinate interviews and feedback sessions
Data maintenance: You keep the candidate database up to date and ensure data integrity

Requirements

What you’ll need

You enjoy speaking on the phone and are comfortable interacting with people
You have a sales-oriented mindset and can recognize potential at first glance
You communicate clearly, structured and persuasively — both verbally and in writing
Order and structure are second nature to you
You are open, positive, and approach new challenges with curiosity and motivation
You have an excellent command of German, both spoken and written
You live in Erlangen, Nuremberg or the surrounding area
You are primarily available in the afternoons and evenings to actively support our team by phone
