About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Cultivate a culture of wellbeing supporting employees’ physical, social, and mental health
- Deliver operational excellence in a holistic wellbeing program focused on physical activity-oriented communities
- Lead Community groups in a key city and drive the Community Activation Strategy
- Assess, execute, and improve the program based on evolving client needs
- Serve as primary point of contact for Community leaders
- Align Center of Excellence strategy with regional needs
- Coordinate wellbeing initiatives with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners
- Gather feedback and identify scalable solutions and best practices
- Navigate shifting priorities and ambiguity through proactive problem-solving
- Communicate with clients, internal teams, and Community groups through written, verbal, and in-person methods
- Monitor key metrics and report insights to Center of Excellence and regional stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or higher required
- 2-3 years of professional experience in community management or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in community building
- Must be on-site 3-5 days per week
- Passion for and experience with sport, physical activity, and wellbeing programs
- Community development and program management experience preferred
- Willingness to travel as needed
