About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Consistently offer the highest level of personalized member customer service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude
- Greet and welcome new fitness center members, assist with membership enrollment and front desk operations
- Assist with keeping the fitness centers well stocked and clean
- Supervise and monitor the exercise floor
- Provide customer service support to team members and members, including membership enrollments, terminations, and general inquiries
- Available to address and resolve member comments and concerns
- Manage and oversee multi-site MOD scheduling
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
- An outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus
- CPR, First Aid & AED certification, or willing to obtain upon hire
