About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide first-line technical support to employees across the business
Ensure effective, secure, and reliable use of IT systems and services
Support day-to-day service desk operations
Maintain IT equipment and software
Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of technology environment
Manage, maintain, and support systems, software applications, and equipment
Manage the ordering, installation, replacement, setup, and build of end-user IT hardware
Act as the escalation point for the Exolum 1st Line Helpdesk
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proactive and customer-focused IT professional
Solid technical knowledge across Microsoft technologies
Experience supporting users in a fast-paced business environment
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure
Experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments, Active Directory, networking, and mobile devices
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, virtualisation technologies, endpoint security solutions, and Mobile Device Management platforms is advantageous
Willingness to travel to Exolum sites when required
Full UK driving licence
