• Develop and execute global tax strategy to minimize tax risk and maximize cash flow.
• Prepare the quarterly and annual income tax provision, including footnote disclosures and related memorandum.
• Manage U.S. federal, state, and international tax compliance.
• Maintain documentation, schedules, and controls supporting tax reporting and compliance.
• Manage transfer pricing documentation, R&D tax credit claims, and Section 174 analysis.
• Manage international tax planning and M&A-related tax analysis and structuring when applicable.
• Monitor global tax developments and assess their potential impact on the company.
• Help design and implement scalable tax processes to support a growing business.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Legal on intercompany matters.
• Act as the in-house tax expert and manage the relationship with the auditor’s tax team.
