About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You work on a variety of projects: AMOA (business-side project support), project management, IT master plans, application selection…
In direct contact with our clients, you support executive management and business units on organizational and digital transformation challenges
You lead or contribute to projects involving application solutions, AI, or data
You facilitate collaborative workshops with operational teams to co-design solutions
You contribute to responses to tenders/RFPs, applying your expertise to develop relevant proposals

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 7 years' experience in consulting and leading IT and application transformation projects
Master's degree, engineering or business school diploma (or equivalent)
Able to structure complex projects and define objectives and scope early on
Comfortable in a role managing engagements and client accounts
Willing to travel, rigorous, and value-oriented
Able to communicate ideas clearly and convincingly in various situations
Experience with multi-sector teams and rigorous operational implementation
