About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the complete HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, job changes, and offboarding, with MIS support to track and report lifecycle events
- Add calendar invites for HR assistants, HR Advisors, and managers with new starter details
- Monitor the HR Jira queue and work on allocated tickets according to requirements
- Draft and issue standard employee documentation, including promotion, leaver, and salary letters
- Respond to reference requests
- Administer new starter processes, including HR system updates, new joiner emails, third-party background screening, pre-boarder actions, and complete HR file maintenance
- Administer leaver processes, including resignation documentation, HR system changes, and escalation of complex cases to HR Advisors or HR Managers
- Maintain HR system data validity and accurate employee records
- Update company organisational charts with HR Advisor support
- Support ad hoc HR duties, project work, and audits
- Collaborate with clients, operations teams, and management to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions
- Consolidate HR data and provide reports on time
- Deliver HR service tickets promptly, handle benefits, attendance, and payroll queries through ticketing systems, and meet SLAs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- 4-6 years relevant HR administration experience, ideally gained within a Financial or Professional services setting
- Competent user of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional organisational skills and experience managing conflicting priorities
- Resilient, flexible, and quick to adapt
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Happy being fulltime office based
