About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure adherence to operational and process-related controls, service delivery requirements, client contractual terms, policies, rules, and procedures in the client area
- Coordinate and support compliance activities in the client area
- Conduct periodic testing of process controls and service delivery compliance reviews/audits
- Monitor and coordinate, as necessary, compliance activities of operations with enabling departments and compliance teams
- Act as an independent reviewer and evaluation body to ensure compliance issues and concerns are appropriately evaluated, investigated, and resolved
- Provide regular reports and additional reports as directed or requested
- Conduct and lead audits to identify fraud, operational, regulatory, and legal risks
- Evaluate control effectiveness to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
- Interact with AM/LAM, Managers/Senior Managers, AVPs/VPs, audit teams, Corporate Compliance, and ISG/BCM/Privacy teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Mandatory – Commerce Graduate
- Postgraduate in Commerce / CA / CS / CMA Inter are an added advantage
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in F&A Risk & Compliance, Service Delivery/Operations, or audit experience in a CA/CS office (post intermediate)
- Auditing skills and eye for detail
- Ability to interpret law/contractual requirements
- Good number orientation and MS Excel skills
- Excellent presentation skills using MS Office
- Good F&A domain knowledge
- Ability to work in a continually challenging environment
- Decision-making ability
- Good organizing skills and ability to work independently with strict deadlines
- Good communication skills and written English
