About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage office supplies, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and maintain records
- Monitor and review account quality
- Allocate accounts according to guidelines
- Ensure timely closure of accounts
- Ensure transaction quality complies with predefined parameters
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

- Work toward dispute resolution

- Prepare reports for accounts assigned to the team

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree / Graduate
- 1–3 years of experience
- Good computer navigation and keyboarding skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of business concepts
- Effective negotiation skills
- Analytical skills
- F&A (Insurance) collections background
- OTC (Accounts Receivable) experience
- SAP ERP experience is advantageous
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Self-discipline, result orientation, adaptability, presentation and feedback skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Listening and comprehension skills
- Questioning and reasoning skills
- Customer service focus and telephone etiquette
