About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a servant leader for Agile teams working on GenAI solutions in the P&C insurance domain
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure alignment
Identify and remove roadblocks to optimize team performance
Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the insurance domain

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Property & Casualty insurance projects
Proven track record of managing technical projects and leading Agile teams
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and release management
Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
Experience in the Insurance Industry very strongly preferred
Gen AI experience preferred
Advanced certifications such as PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent preferred
Knowledge of DevOps, GitHub, Rally, non-prod and prod environments preferred
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices preferred
