What you’ll need

3–7 years of Healthcare Analytics experience
2+ years of HEDIS measure research, validation, or data pipeline experience
Experience in HEDIS certification projects preferred
Experience working with US healthcare clients
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field
Strong understanding of NCQA HEDIS specifications and measures
Understanding of hybrid, digital, administrative, and ECDS measures
Knowledge of healthcare data sources, including claims, enrollment, pharmacy, and EMR data
Hands-on technical expertise in Python, SQL, and data analytics
