About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review and analyze patient medical records to extract relevant clinical information in line with defined guidelines and criteria
Apply clinical knowledge and judgment to accurately interpret diagnoses, treatments, and patient history
Summarize key medical insights in a clear, concise, and structured format for further review or decision-making
Ensure compliance with clinical standards, documentation protocols, and data confidentiality requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to clarify clinical details and maintain high-quality output within defined timelines
Work within timelines and obtain necessary stakeholder sign-offs at each stage
Maintain and update reports as required
Meet productivity and quality targets
Be available for meetings and calls as required
Liaise with the program/project manager as required
Conduct job functions in accordance with company Compliance, Information Security, and Regulatory policies, procedures, and programs

Requirements

What you’ll need

MBBS in India or MD for foreign medical graduates
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
Computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong written documentation and oral communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-identification, and process-analysis skills
MCI license preferred, not mandatory
Prior experience with US healthcare preferred, not mandatory
Auditing experience optional
Ability to work 40 hours per week as a full-time employee
Availability for 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM IST shifts
High-speed broadband internet connection at home
Must understand and adhere to the telecommuter policy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to meet productivity and quality targets
Ability to comply with company Compliance, Information Security, and Regulatory policies, procedures, and programs
