Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards and reports
Build and optimize complex DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs
Develop and manage scalable Power BI Semantic Models for self-service analytics
Ensure adherence to BI development standards, performance tuning, and governance practices
Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into reporting solutions
Lead and manage BI support and enhancement teams within a managed services environment
Oversee incident management, service requests, change requests, and release management activities
Monitor SLA/KPI compliance and drive continuous service improvement initiatives
Plan resource allocation, capacity management, and delivery governance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's/Master's in any stream
10–12 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Data Visualization
Deep expertise in Power BI development
Expertise in semantic modeling and DAX optimization
Experience leading managed services delivery and support/enhancement teams
Strong stakeholder management skills
Microsoft Fabric experience highly advantageous
Lakehouse/Warehouse architecture experience highly advantageous
Azure DevOps experience highly advantageous
UK Insurance domain experience highly advantageous
