About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review clinical information and medical records
- Summarize relevant clinical information according to established guidelines and criteria
- Perform best-practice reviews
- Identify areas for improvement
- Check compliance with CMS guidelines
- Correlate laboratory results with clinical features and treatment
- Work within timelines and obtain stakeholder sign-off at each stage
- Maintain and update reports as required

- Liaise with the program/project manager as required
- Conduct work in accordance with company compliance, information security, and regulatory policies, procedures, and programs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) certification as a Behavior Analyst, Therapist, or Assistant
- Active certifications/licenses
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional or clinical experience
- Comprehensive clinical knowledge and strong experience in Behavioral Therapy
- Basic clinical knowledge of conditions, clinical presentation, signs/symptoms, investigations, and management
- Ability to correlate laboratory results with clinical features and treatment
- Strong written documentation and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-identification, and process-analysis skills
- Ability to envision solutions from requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong personal and professional ethics
- Ability to understand and adhere to the telecommuter policy
- Broadband high-speed internet connection at home
- Coding experience is not required
