About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review clinical information and medical records
Summarize relevant clinical information according to established guidelines and criteria
Perform best-practice reviews
Identify areas for improvement
Check compliance with CMS guidelines
Correlate laboratory results with clinical features and treatment
Work within timelines and obtain stakeholder sign-off at each stage

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) certification as a Behavior Analyst, Therapist, or Assistant
Active certifications/licenses
Minimum 2–3 years of professional or clinical experience
Comprehensive clinical knowledge and strong experience in Behavioral Therapy
Basic clinical knowledge of conditions, clinical presentation, signs/symptoms, investigations, and management
Ability to correlate laboratory results with clinical features and treatment
Strong written documentation and oral communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-identification, and process-analysis skills
Ability to envision solutions from requirements
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong personal and professional ethics
Ability to understand and adhere to the telecommuter policy
Broadband high-speed internet connection at home
Coding experience is not required
