About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Complete audits for Property & Casualty insurance policies (Workers’ Compensation and General Liability)
Work directly with policyholders or their contacts via phone to obtain payroll and accounting records
Accurately evaluate and apply correct classifications and exposure amounts
Manage assignments provided through the web-based production system
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction in all audit work

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge and experience conducting audits within the Nexus platform preferred
Insurance, Accounting/Bookkeeping, Payroll, or other related work experience
Associate or bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Bookkeeping
Experience working directly with the public, preferably by phone
Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
Well organized
Willing to work from home
Great customer service skills and ability to communicate and comprehend both written and oral communication
Strong organization and time management skills
High School diploma or GED required
