Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end delivery of transformation projects from scoping and diagnostics through design, implementation, and benefits sign-off
Build and manage project plans, timelines, risk registers, and governance cadence; proactively manage deviations
Lead cross-functional project teams and ensure ownership, accountability, and delivery pace
Prepare progress reports and steering updates for client and internal leadership
Lead DMAIC and Lean improvement projects, including opportunity identification, root-cause analysis, and solution design
Conduct operational assessments of client workflows, systems, and KPIs
Develop continuous improvement frameworks and an improvement initiative pipeline
Identify automation and digital improvement opportunities, develop business cases, and lead implementation
Manage RPA, AI/GenAI, and process intelligence deployments with technology and solutions teams
Contribute to client-facing transformation solution design, requirements gathering, workshops, and UAT
Build reusable playbooks, toolkits, and templates for the practice
Use process mining, advanced analytics, and data visualization to generate transformation insights
Develop journey maps, value stream maps, and data narratives
Track and report benefits realization against KPIs and baselines
Manage client stakeholder relationships, change management, adoption, training design, and executive governance
Mentor junior team members and contribute to practice methodologies, case studies, and knowledge sharing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (any discipline); MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred
10+ years of experience in business transformation, process excellence, and operations management, predominantly in BPO/BPM/ITES environments
Proven track record independently leading and delivering transformation projects with measurable, validated business impact
Experience managing cross-functional project teams and coordinating delivery across multiple stakeholder groups
Senior client engagement experience with Director- and VP-level stakeholders
Domain knowledge in at least three of Banking & Capital Markets, Utilities, Airlines & Travel, and Transport, Shipping & Logistics
Mandatory Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Portfolio of certified Six Sigma and Lean projects with quantified, validated savings
Hands-on Lean/Six Sigma, Kaizen, and DMAIC experience in live BPM operational environments
RPA experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or equivalent, including requirements definition and bot deployment
Process mining experience with Celonis, Signavio, Minit, or similar
Analytics and visualization experience with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or equivalent
Working knowledge of AI/GenAI applications in operations management
Experience configuring and managing workflow and BPM platforms
Functional understanding of ETL processes and API integrations
Project-level governance experience using Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, or similar
Strong project leadership, communication, analytical problem-solving, and collaboration skills
