About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct insurance policy audits for Workers’ Compensation, Auto, and General Liability policies
Audit policyholder records according to client company standards
Work from a home office when not in the field
Schedule appointments with insureds for audits
Travel an average of 4 days per week within the assigned Philadelphia territory
Meet with insureds and obtain necessary documentation for insurance company client audits
Adhere to customer requirements and quality standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years of experience in a premium auditor role
Current possession of reliable transportation
Current possession of a valid driver’s license
Ability to work independently from home
Experience with the MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Self-motivated and self-disciplined
Willingness to learn
Excellent time management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of insurance and/or basic accounting principles is a plus
High School Diploma or GED required
