About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Performs advanced data analytics including monitoring performance, query development, opportunity assessments, trend identification and bulk data inserts.
Develop, evolve, deploy, and manage analytic and reporting services and processes, ensuring all deliverables meet the requirements of customers and EXL’s Health business goals.
Produce scalable and flexible, high-quality code that satisfies both functional and non-functional requirements.
Coordinate and prioritize analytical including client communication, planning, and identifying operational process flow, ability to plan, manage and execute projects within the targeted timelines.
Responsible for addressing production support issues on day-to-day basis and closing them on time.
Propose new and state of – the – art technologies and processes that will improve efficiency and enhance the reporting platform.

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ Years of experience in developing SQL queries, Stored procedures and Functions.
Knowledge of Azure - Databricks
SQL Server: Advanced SQL, Stored procedures and functions.
Enterprise modeling tool and data integration platform – (SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS))
Big Data Tools, not limited to – Python, PySpark, HIVE and Zeppelin notebook
Knowledge of Cloud technologies
Certifications in Data analytics/Database
