About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead BI architecture and solution design conversations with clients
- Design, build, and optimise Power BI semantic models and Tableau data sources
- Write and optimise complex DAX measures, M/Power Query transformations, and SQL queries
- Diagnose and resolve data model issues
- Architect dimensional data models and semantic layers consumed across multiple BI tools
- Drive self-service BI capability and define BI deployment standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting business intelligence solutions
- Strong expertise in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and data modeling
- Ability to translate business requirements into impactful dashboards and reports
- Experience working with modern cloud data platforms and insurance analytics is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, Data Analytics, or a related role
