About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct periodic capacity assessments across WAN, Internet, MPLS.
- Analyze utilization trends and forecast future bandwidth requirements based on business growth and technology adoption.
- Recommend capacity augmentation, optimization, and technology refresh strategies.
- Lead telecom readiness for new business launches, office expansions, relocations, and site setup initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end telecom provisioning, including bandwidth planning, circuit ordering, commissioning, and testing.
- Work with Service provider to mitigate the Single points of failure across telecom infrastructure, service providers, PoPs, and last-mile connectivity.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor Degree 4 Years
- Basic knowledge of LAN/ WAN & Telecom Technologies
- Capacity Planning & Demand Forecasting experience
- New Business & Site Onboarding experience
- Resiliency, Redundancy & SPOF Elimination experience
- Telecom Optimization & Cost Management experience
- ISP / Provider Governance & SLA Management experience
- Documentation, Reporting & Stakeholder Communication skills
