About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver
  • Design and enhance automation frameworks (TestNG/JUnit, Page Object Model, etc.)
  • Execute automated test suites and analyze results
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to understand requirements
  • Identify, report, and track defects using defect management tools
  • Perform regression, functional, and integration testing
  • Ensure test coverage and improve test efficiency through automation
  • Work on CI/CD integration (Jenkins or similar tools)
  • Leverage AI tools to improve test case generation, defect prediction, and overall testing efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science engineering, or a related field.
  • 4 - 7 Years
  • Strong hands-on experience in Java programming
  • Expertise in Selenium WebDriver
  • Experience with TestNG/JUnit
  • Good understanding of automation frameworks (POM, Data-driven, Hybrid)
  • Working knowledge of AI tools in testing/automation
  • Experience with API testing (Rest Assured/Postman)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins
  • Knowledge of Git or other version control systems
