What you’ll need
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably with accounting)
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory functions
  • Strong understanding of the three-line organizational compliance model
  • Proven experience engaging with clients and senior stakeholders
  • Experience in process mapping and identifying inefficiencies or risks.
  • Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk management principles, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in using governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess compliance risks and implement controls.
  • Data-driven approach to compliance monitoring and reporting.
  • Understanding of digital and IT compliance risks and concepts.
  • Soft Skills: Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and decision making skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex insights and audit findings clearly, effectively and impactfully to stakeholders both verbally and through presentations.
