About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Planning and driving agenda, creating materials with business/FP&A and track / closure of action items for the monthly Global operation leadership call
Planning & driving weekly operations head leadership meeting & action items to closure
Provide meaningful insights to senior leadership for ‘optimal’ business decision making
Quarterly Business Review presentations related to Insurance business to EC members
Proactive analysis & alerts on business health and concern areas
Objective Key Results formulation, reporting and tracking for Insurance
Closely work with senior management
Coordination with various teams across organization
Ascertaining accuracy of information gathered from multiple teams
Top down budget & target setting
Audits and compliance oversight
Work closely with the operations and geo head to drive agenda, create materials with business/FP&A and ensure tracking / closure of action items
Provide meaningful insights to senior leadership for ‘optimal’ business decision making
Quarterly Business Review presentations related to geography to EC members
Proactive analysis & alerts on business health and concern areas
Objective Key Results formulation, reporting and tracking for the geography
Objective Key Results coaching to business teams
Closely work with senior management and coordination with various teams across organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

MBA Finance/Chartered Accountant
Bachelors of Commerce
7-8 years of experience
