About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review the clinical information/medical record and summarize relevant clinical information based on set of guidelines/criteria
Perform best practice reviews and identify areas for improvement
Check on compliance with CMS guidelines
Taking initiatives and active participation in team developmental activities
Able to correlate the lab results with the clinical features and treatment
Maintain and update reports as required
Ensure meeting productivity and quality targets
Ensure availability for meeting/calls as required
Liaison with the program/project manager as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active State Nursing certification is Mandatory
Coding experience is preferred (NOT mandatory)
Minimum 2 years of clinical/hospital experience is mandatory
Clinical experience: Minimum 2-3 years
Clinical Auditing experience: Minimum 1-2 years
Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skills
