About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • This role manages post-audit workflows, provider collections, invoicing, reporting, and team performance while driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee daily post-audit operations, including provider collections, daily letter generation, invoicing, reporting, and inventory management.
  • Ensure outbound collection calls, demand letters, and post-audit activities are completed within established service level agreements.
  • Monitor and achieve client savings and internal revenue goals.
  • Coordinate the timely submission of revenue and findings files and ensure accurate monthly invoicing.
  • Analyze operational metrics and resolve issues that may impact revenue or client savings.
  • Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Supervise and support Post Audit Coordinators to ensure productivity and quality expectations are consistently met.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and development opportunities for team members.
  • Manage staffing, attendance, workload distribution, and timesheet approvals.
  • Address escalated customer and provider issues while fostering a positive and accountable work environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5–8 years of operations experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare industry experience.
  • Working knowledge of revenue cycle management, accounting, reconciliation, invoicing, and collections.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
