About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leverage Conversational Agents and Generators to deliver dynamic, personalized user experiences.
- Develop and maintain Task and Routine Playbooks for scalable, goal-oriented dialog flows.
- Ensure consistency and reusability across workflows for repeatable business outcomes.
- Configure and manage Datastores to enable adaptive, session-aware interactions.
- Integrate with REST APIs, databases, and third-party services to enrich bot capabilities.
- Conduct manual testing and flow optimization to ensure high accuracy in intent detection and seamless backend integration.
- Design and execute test cases to validate conversational flows and backend connectivity.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering
- 5-8 years of experience
- Proficiency in REST APIs, databases, and third-party services
- Experience in manual testing and flow optimization
