About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end release process for data and BI, creating the documentation, SOPs, and guidelines that keep releases predictable and compliant.
- Work closely with L1/L2/L3 support teams to ensure smooth go-lives and fast issue resolution.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors in computer science or any engineering field
- 3–6 years of experience in release management or a delivery/coordination role.
- Hands-on experience managing data or BI releases (migrations, ETL, pipelines, reports).
- Proven ability to write clear SOPs, process guides, runbooks, and technical documentation.
- Experience working with L1, L2, and L3 support teams in a structured ITSM environment.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum — ceremonies, sprint rhythms, and release trains.
- Familiarity with data modernization concepts: cloud migration, data warehousing, BI platforms.
- Strong communication skills — able to translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
