Vice President, Account Management – Provider, Healthcare
EXLClient Executive responsible for driving growth in the healthcare provider market with deep domain expertise in data and analytics at EXL. Strengthening client relationships and leading successful implementations.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive growth, strengthen executive client relationships, lead successful implementation and onboarding new engagements.
- Serve as the point of contact across the full client lifecycle from opportunity identification and consultative solution shaping through contract handoff, implementation readiness, onboarding, early-stage adoption, and account expansion.
- Translate client priorities into practical, executable solutions while ensuring strong client experience, governance, and measurable business value.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Technology, Business or a related discipline.
- Preferred (but not mandatory) - Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) from a reputed institution, with a focus on Strategy, Marketing, Finance, or General Management.
- Minimum 15+ years of demonstrated experience in leading delivery teams, business development, sales, pre-sales or related roles, with a strong track record of success.
- 10+ years of experience managing relationships and/or selling into health systems and provider organizations (not looking for candidates with payer and life sciences experience)
