About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive overall HR Business outcomes for L&A accounts and manage HR compliance and relationships. Planning and executing the HRBP strategy for the business. Drive CSR and related projects as part of the business strategy. Responsible for all HR related life cycle management, attrition management and absence support to business. Responsible for communicating of people policies and staying abreast of all legal changes and government updates. Responsible for benefit updates of employee and payroll updates. Responsible for weekly and monthly people reports.
- In addition to the above functions, you will be responsible for Engagement forums within the business processes and supporting the business with ER related cases. Leadership development and coaching will also be a key deliverable and supporting the business with building a performance driven culture.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 years + relevant work experience responsible for Business HR outcomes, working with Government departments. Should have at least 3 years of experience in driving HR strategy and execution to achieve targeted levels, Experience in compiling relevant HR actions to address challenges in Operations
