Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree from an accredited university or college
- 12 - 14 years of experience in HR consulting
- Expertise in technical and regulatory aspects of employment including hiring, termination, performance management, rewards, etc.
- Strong skills in conflict management and emotional intelligence
- Proficient in data analytics methodologies and HRIS system management
- Knowledge of labour law and employee benefits administration
