Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design and implementation of B2B Marketing Use Cases around Customer Journey Optimization
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Drive marketing transformation initiatives using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related tools
Lead and mentor a team of 1-2 developers and consultants
Design and implement customer segmentation strategies and targeted marketing campaigns
Ensure best practices in solution design, data management, and system integration
Provide technical leadership across Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–8 years of industry experience with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing technologies
Certified in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud (Data 360)
Proven experience in a client-facing role working with multiple stakeholders
Demonstrated leadership experience managing a team of at least 2 members
Advanced working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Marketing Cloud Next or Advanced)
Strong expertise in Salesforce Einstein and Saleforce Agentforce
Solid understanding of marketing domain, preferably in a B2B environment
Experience in customer segmentation and campaign design
Experience with Automation Builder, Contact Builder, Data Views
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360)
Strong data modeling skills and proficiency in SQL
