About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

This role is an escalation point for 24 x 7 systems and staff are on call to support production systems.
This position also requires oversight and completing work during maintenance windows (nights and weekends).

Monitoring & Observability
Problem-solving and system design
Experience with Cloud (AWS&Azure)
Experience industry compliance and security requirements, SOC1/2, SOX, HIPAA, HiTrust, PCI DSS, ISO27001

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in AWS and Azure cloud
7+ years Managing VMWare Environments
9+ years enterprise hardware (Storage, Compute, Network)
Strong experience in Python, Terraform, Ansible and Powershell scripting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
Demonstrate strong commitment to process and controls
Experience managing financial budgets
BS in Computer Science, or equivalent
