What you’ll need

Proficiency in the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Healthcare specific industry knowledge, understanding roles, skill sets, and market trends with specific Auditing areas such as:
- DRG Auditors
- Clinical Validation Auditors (CVA)
- Outpatient Auditors
Excellent communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
Relationship-building abilities to foster candidate connections.
Strong time management skills for handling multiple tasks.
Tech-savviness with applicant tracking systems and other tools.
Adaptability to evolving recruitment landscapes.
Data-driven mindset to optimize strategies.
Negotiation skills for managing offers and expectations.
