Key responsibilities & impact

Apply business analysis leadership across the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, solution design support, testing, implementation, and handoff.
Partner closely with business users, senior stakeholders, development teams, QA teams, support teams, and project teams to drive solution clarity.
Manage requirement changes and mitigate delivery risks.
Mentor team members and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced client environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information systems, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of experience in business analysis, including writing business requirements and functional specifications.
Experience working on medium to large-scale technology or business transformation projects.
Strong understanding of requirements management, testing support, stakeholder communication, and solution delivery.
Experience in the life insurance and annuity domain, including new business and underwriting processes.
Hands-on experience with LifePRO or similar policy administration platforms.
Working knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and technical documentation.
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and supporting distributed or offshore teams.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders.
Experience mentoring junior team members and driving process improvement initiatives.
