About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Fine-tuning and evaluating LLMs (e.g., instruction tuning, prompt optimization, retrieval-augmented generation, and domain adaptation) on healthcare policy and operational data to improve accuracy, consistency, and explainability
- Prototyping multi-agent systems
- Integrating external tools (APIs, browsers, FHIR data)
- Building feedback loops for continuous learning and governance
Requirements
