About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects across Agile/Waterfall environments, ensuring predictable execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment in a client-facing setup.
- Lead 2–3 concurrent projects from initiation to deployment with ownership of scope, cost, schedule, and quality.
- Drive Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall delivery models in hybrid execution setups.
- Prepare and manage project plans, RAID logs, status reporting, and governance artefacts.
- Ensure effective stakeholder communication (client + internal).
- Manage cross-functional teams for timely delivery.
- Track financials, resource utilisation, and delivery metrics.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and process standardisation.
- Operate in high-pressure environments with strong execution discipline.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8–12 years of experience in project delivery.
- PMP (PMI) preferred | SAFe Agile mandatory.
- Proven experience managing 2+ projects in parallel.
