About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research, usability studies, and gather feedback to improve user experience.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
  • Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colors, and design systems.
  • Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and usability.
  • Participate in design reviews and iterative improvement cycles.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Applications, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in designing intuitive, user-centric, and visually engaging digital experiences.
  • Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop / Illustrator (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive and mobile-first design, information architecture, interaction design, visual hierarchy and typography, accessibility standards and usability principles.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, developer handoff processes, design systems and component libraries.
