About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, usability studies, and gather feedback to improve user experience.
- Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colors, and design systems.
- Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and usability.
- Participate in design reviews and iterative improvement cycles.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Applications, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in designing intuitive, user-centric, and visually engaging digital experiences.
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop / Illustrator (preferred).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive and mobile-first design, information architecture, interaction design, visual hierarchy and typography, accessibility standards and usability principles.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, developer handoff processes, design systems and component libraries.
