About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Seek, develop, and help implement Enterprise Data Management Solutions that improve efficiency and productivity for clients.
Work independently and collaboratively with internal and client teams to ensure project success.
Engage with clients across industries and collaborate with all aspects of a Data Management organization.
Work closely with Cloud Architects, Data Architects, Data Engineers, and Project Managers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Data Management concepts and functions knowledge
Expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
Experience with reporting packages, databases, programming
Advanced process modeling
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy (preferred)
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets (preferred)
Advanced Microsoft Excel.
Ability to consult with functional leaders to understand business objectives to design optimized data solutions.
Must be able to facilitate and guide discovery and design sessions with business SME’s and technical leads.
Strong SQL skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet aggressive deadlines.
Ability to organize, prioritize and manage dependencies.
Ability to lead group facilitation, mediation, and conflict resolution.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal effectively in a team environment.
Strong internal communication skills including ability to work with all levels of the organization.
Knowledge and understanding of Gen AI.
Is effective in a variety of formal project and external presentation/meeting settings: one-on-ones, small and large groups, with peers, direct reports, and superiors.
Knowledge and understanding of Business Intelligence (Tableau, Power BI) reporting.
Excels in a fast paced, agile environment where critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills are required for success
Experience working with multi-shore project teams.
Experience working with multiple levels of client personnel to gather information, validate analysis, and make recommendations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent
