What you’ll need

15+ years of experience in Conversational AI, with at least 4–5 Dialogflow CX, Playbook,projects delivered end-to-end.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in Dialogflow CX / ES, CCAI, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools.
Hands-on proficiency in NLP model customization, intent classification, and entity extraction.
Experience integrating chat solutions with REST APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, microservices, and API gateway design.
Familiarity with JSON, Node.js, Python, or Java for scripting, integration, and backend extensions.
Ability to perform manual and automated testing of conversational flows.
Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and leadership experience in guiding developers and testers.
