About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications.
Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data teams, and product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Design and develop scalable APIs, microservices, and modern web applications.
Leverage analytics and reporting solutions to generate actionable business insights.
Drive data integration, transformation, and visualization initiatives.
Ensure application performance, security, reliability, and maintainability.
Participate in technical roadmap planning and solution architecture discussions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
8–12+ years of experience in software development, including experience leading teams.
Strong expertise in full-stack development technologies (frontend and backend frameworks).
Advanced SQL skills with experience in complex queries, performance tuning, and data modeling.
Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboarding, reporting, and business analytics.
Strong understanding of analytics, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making.
Solid knowledge of Data Engineering concepts, including:
ETL/ELT processes
Data pipelines
Data warehousing
Data quality and governance
Cloud-based data platforms
Good understanding of Data Science concepts, including:
Statistical analysis
Predictive analytics
Machine learning fundamentals
Data visualization and storytelling
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
